USA clinical professor Jeffrey T.Mitchell will lead the event “Latests Developments in Crisis Intervention” in Riga:
1.part: October 6th, from 9.00 – 12.00. Address: Raiņa bulvaris 19 (Latvian University Big Hall). Lecture is an intoduction to the crisis intervention theme and is designed for a larger audience of Baltic countries’ specialists and professionals from various disciplines who are often involved in situations of crisis intervention. Language – English (with translation to Latvian). For the lecture there is no participation fee.
2.part: October 6th, from 13.00 – 18.00 and October 7th, from 9.00 – 18.00. Address: Kalpaka bulvaris 4. Workshop/seminar is for psychology, psychotherapy professionals from Baltic countries, who already have had basic training and experience in crisis intervention, and who would be able to profit from this more advanced training seminar and would be primarily responsible for providing direct psychological help in situations of individual or large-scale group crisis. Workshop language is English. Workshop participation fee is 15 eur (coffee breakes are included). Please, mark seminar fee as “donation” and transfer it here:
